Tara Long Dapoxetine 30mg is a medicine used for the treatment of premature ejaculation (a sexual dysfunction in which a man ejaculates too quickly during sexual intercourse). This medicine helps in increasing the time taken to ejaculate and achieving better control over ejaculation during sexual intercourse.

Tara Long Dapoxetine 30mg has some side effects, such as dizziness, headache, nausea, and sweating. These side effects may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if they bother you for a long time or become severe. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.

Dapoxetine 30mg Tara Long should only be used if you are diagnosed with premature ejaculation. It can be taken with or without food as instructed by your doctor. It is usually taken as needed, one to three hours before sexual activity. It is not intended for regular daily use. Avoid taking more than one tablet within 24 hours. 

Dapoxetine may not be suitable for everyone. Inform your doctor if you have seizures (fits), mental conditions, or eye, heart, liver, and kidney problems. Also, inform about all your ongoing medications to avoid undesired effects. This medicine is not indicated for use in women and children below 18.

How to take Tara Long dapoxetine 30mg tablets

• Before you start the treatment, read the manufacturer's printed information leaflet inside the pack. It will give you more information about dapoxetine and a full list of its side effects.

• Take dapoxetine exactly as your doctor tells you to. Drink a full glass of water at the same time as you take a tablet. The recommended starting dose is one 30 mg tablet, taken 1 to 3 hours before you anticipate having sex. Your doctor may later increase your dose to one 60 mg tablet. Your doctor will only prescribe the higher dose if the 30 mg dose is insufficient, provided you have not experienced any side effects such as feeling faint.

• Do not take more than one tablet in any 24 hours. Dapoxetine is not intended for regular daily use - you should only take it before you anticipate having sex.

• The tablet has a bitter taste, so swallow it whole without chewing. You can take it either with or without food.
